Potluck Guidelines

  • Please do a lateral flow test 24 hours before the event and DO NOT ATTEND if you test positive for coronavirus or have been in contact with someone who has.

  • Bring a home cooked dish; something you would be proud to share! It doesn't have to be Asian (but we all know that's the best 😝).

  • There is a kitchen at the venue if you need to do additional prep, but it's potluck best practice to bring ready-to-serve food. Of course, there will be space to assemble, mix etc.

  • Cater for at least 15 small portions (buffet style).

  • Very important: observe optimal food hygiene and safety to prevent harm and sickness.

  • Please respect that some people still choose to wear masks indoors and it is advised to wear one when handling or near the food.

  • Bring a sign that clearly labels what your dish is and if it includes the main allergens. You can write your social media handle on it too if you want people to share it. And bear in mind we have some vegans and vegetarians!

  • There's plenty of crockery and cutlery available to use. But don't forget to bring your own Tupperware... so you can 打包 delicious leftovers.
